
Join the Chicago Better Together Breast Cancer Disparities Think Tank
as a Community Ambassador during this pivot time of implementation
of the PinkPrint- Chicago Edition. Your knowledge of community
assets and opportunities will inform the direction of innovative local-
level solutions that aims to eliminate long-standing breast health
inequities experienced by Black Women on Chicago’s South Side.

Share invaluable insights as a trusted community liaison.
Engage in advocacy training and community-level advocacy
activities.
Raise community awareness about breast health and the
importance of advocacy to end long-standing inequities in
healthcare.

Share constructive insights that advance our strategic vision of
building community-driven solutions for breast health equity.
Dedicated Engagement
Ensure Think Tank initiatives remain grounded by community-
identified priorities.
Informed Perspective
Apply expertise in one or more of the four focus areas of intervention:
cancer care continuum, environmental justice, food/nutrition justice,
and social-emotional well-being.
Estimated Time
Investment
Think Tank Engagement: Three 2-hour general meetings plus
focused workgroup participation
Advocacy Training: Four 2-3 hour advocacy training workshops
Total annual commitment: Approximately 18 – 20 hours from April –
December 2025.
Honorarium
Community Ambassadors will receive a $1000 stipend –
$250/advocacy training and policy-focused outreach (4) for their
participation.
