Elevated Survivorship is dedicated to addressing breast cancer disparities impacting Black women. We offer comprehensive support through Patient Advocate Development, specialized Advocacy Training, robust Community Capacity Building, and an invaluable Patient Advocate Directory, equipping Black women with the knowledge and connections to navigate their journey and drive systemic change.
We train individuals to become effective patient advocates, equipping them with the skills to understand medical information, communicate with providers, and champion equitable care for themselves and others

We strengthen community organizations serving individuals with breast cancer. We provide resources and training to help them offer culturally competent support, education, and navigation services, building resilient communities.
